The Project

This Fullers’ tenancy pub in a residential street is popular very popular locally. So when the owner suggested a refurb after 10 years we had to approach it carefully; Bring the pub up-to-date, without losing any charm (whilst also trying to add some back in).

Operationally, the space was not working. The pub has a very popular garden and staff were struggling to cater to both areas. A big focus was on really making the space work operationally.
