Elise has worked as an interior designer for 11 years. For 8 years she headed up the design team at a London based design studio. Before founding Beau Riley.

In that time she has worked on over 80 projects from full residential renovations, suburban restaurants, large competitive socialising venues, even a cat cafe!

With close ties to the hospitality industry; (her husband owns a pub!) She started in the commercial sector. Her love for strong concepts and problem solving meant this felt like a natural fit. However, soon she was being called upon to work on residential projects too and realised early on that the basic concept was the same; Making spaces work for the end user, whether that be a customer, a staff member, a tenant, homeowner or a dog!
