It’s never too early. Even if you haven’t found a site yet we can help.
We can look at your prospective sites and perform feasibility checks to see if the site works for you.
We can create the interior concept for your site. Meaning the project can progress quicker once the site is found.
We can also create business/landlord packs with floor plans and visuals to help you stand out when competing for sites.
HOW IS A BEAU RILEY PROJECT STRUCTURED?

I start by finding out everything I need to know about your business. What your staff and customer journey will be and the day to day operations.
This is an important foundation for all future work.

With this information I then set to work on designing the most functional layout for your space. Based around your business goals. Whether that’s maximising covers, customer flow or product display.
Generally you end up with about 4 layouts to choose from and then we work on refining your favourite.

With layout signed off. I start looking at bringing it to life.
You will receive a detailed mood board that shows every design detail. From ceilings to floors, lighting, way-finding and ironmongery.
So you can feel comfortable progressing to the next stage.

With moodboard signed off.
I work to finalise all details and exact finishes.
At this stage you will be presented with samples, visuals and product photos.
You can feel confident in your understanding of the design before signing off every detail.

With a fully signed off design. I then work to pull together a detailed tender package for the contractor to cost.
I manage costing of all Beau Riley supplied products and tender analysis should the client wish.
By the end of this stage. The client will have a clear idea of full project costings.

On site I will communicate directly with the construction team and ensure the work is inline with the design drawings.
With regular site visits. I will be on hand to manage any developments and inform the client of any required changes.
Ensuring the construction phase runs smoothly without needing your constant input.

When handover comes around. I will snag the contractors work and also mange any developments for the client.
I will then style the site ready for photographs and opening.
